CHOeuR d’Europe & Concert of Europe (GE/FR))
CHOeuR d’Europe Kehl & The Concert of Europe, orchestre européen Strasbourg
Artistic Director: Johannes Ullrich
Under the motto “Everyone has a voice of peace”, the 56-nation orchestra
The Concert of Europe and the Franco-German project choir CHOeuR d’Europe share a common concern: to work together for cohesion and reconciliation in Europe and for peace in the world. Plurality and understanding are their driving motives for creating an experimental encounter platform for citizen diplomacy, fuelled by passionate music-making, to overcome intra-societal tensions and to become inspirers for an active participation of civil society in peace-building processes.
